Zweck assumes it will.
Twelve weeks. No travel, no illness, no work crunch, no kids. Then week three happens.
Every app has the same answer: work it out yourself, or start over. So the plan breaks, adherence collapses, and you decide the problem was you.
It wasn't. The plan was brittle.
Four bars, one per week. Notice the third one sits lower than the second — a bad week is built into the mark, because bad weeks are built into training.
Zweck doesn't hand you a fresh workout and hope for the best. It reshapes the plan you're already in, and tells you what it moved and why.
A December race. Benching your bodyweight. Your first 10K. Training four times a week. State it in a sentence.
Several goals at once, resolved honestly. If two goals pull against each other, Zweck says so, and tells you which one it is protecting.
Phases, deloads, taper, retests, built backward from your date. Not a template with your name on it.
The Coach ships when it works. Not before.
Most apps say yes to whatever you type. Zweck tells you when it can't stand behind a plan, and what it would do instead.
"Not in that time."
Tell it your race is five weeks away. It tells you what five weeks can sharpen, and names the earliest date it would build a full block for.
"I cannot examine you and I am not going to stop you."
Tell it your knee is a 9 out of 10. It says plainly that's worth seeing a physiotherapist about, and leaves the decision with you.
"I do not have coaching cues for this one yet."
Ask how to do a technical lift it hasn't been taught. It says so, instead of making something up.
Real lines, copied from the app.
No streaks, no badges, no red numbers. Nothing shared: no feed, no public routes, no leaderboards.
Guardrails are built into the code, not the marketing.
Everyone who joins in Zweck's first year on the App Store is a founding member. Your price is guaranteed for three years from the day you join, as long as you stay subscribed.
Founding membership opens when Zweck launches on the App Store. Join the waitlist and you'll hear first.
Honest about where this is: Zweck is in active development and not finished. Founding members get access as features land, not a polished launch.
Not a newsletter. A handful of emails, and one when it's ready.
One question, optional — reply to the confirmation and tell me what you're training for. It genuinely changes what I build.
